Homemade Dog Biscuits

1 3/4 cups homemade dog food
1 cup unprocessed bran
1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup coconut oil

Mix ingredients, add honey if to dry form into patties or bones. Bake on un-greased cookie sheet for 3 1/2 hours at 250 degrees. Refrigerate for up to a month

If you decide to switch your pet to a homemade cooked or raw diet, you may wish to consult a holistic veterinarian who is familiar with such diets and who can guide you in devising the right menu for your pet.
